In this talk, Master encourages us to strengthen our awareness “muscle” to help us face difficult situations with greater peace and equanimity. Whether dealing with conflict, high-pressure situations or any other circumstances that cause us stress in our lives, awareness is the anchor that will keep us grounded and true.
When we have high awareness, we are able to observe the disturbed energy within us and take appropriate actions to soothe that, and calm down without being caught up in the moment and a victim to circumstance. It will truly empower us.
