Master’s Christmas Message 2024
Whether you are sitting together and chatting away with your family and munching on delicious food, or spending time in solitude and contemplating on all those great memories of past Christmases, allow me to interrupt you a little from your fun, to wish you and your family a wonderful and happy Christmas Day today.
Another year has passed by so quickly and Christmas is here again. Not only can these special days remind us of the significance of Christmas, but they are also an important reminder to not take our life for granted, and see and appreciate that even one year—which is only a fraction of many years in our life—is a long time. Lots can happen in one year.
When we look at each and every moment of our life without labelling them good or bad, we can see that indeed we’ve been gifted with millions of moments from God. For me, it’s just a reminder of the preciousness of life and to appreciate simply being alive and experience all the moments that we’ve been through throughout the year.
Irrespective of our innocence and forgetfulness, all our lives are truly precious. I love special days like Christmas, because it reminds me—and I hope it reminds you too—to experience this gift of life fully and be thankful.
I also would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support for our Mission in spirit, time and money. Words cannot describe how grateful I am. I would also like to thank all of you who have benefitted from our Mission, whether it’s through a healing video or watching my teachings on YouTube, or perhaps you spent some time with me at our events physically or virtually, or walked and ate with me intimately at our Pilgrimage. The benefit to your lives is our great joy.
Even simple joys can be rare in this modern world, but you all truly have given us more than simple joy—but great joy. You have enabled and inspired us to live day-in day-out for you. It is a different way of seeing it, but it’s true.
It is because of you that we have the fire of enthusiasm, the energy of a spring chicken, and the joy of laughing kookaburras that we experience every day. So what can we say but to sincerely thank you for your gift.
May the New Year bring you and your family heaps of joy and happiness. On behalf of the Sri Avinash Do Mission, I wish you and your loved ones a happy New Year in 2025, and do take care.
With much love,
