How to Reset Your Energy

After you come home from work

At a recent event, Master was asked about the best way to reset one’s energy after coming home from a stressful day at work. Maybe there was a lot of pressure that day, or we had to deal with a difficult person or situation and were having trouble leaving that behind.

In order to reset one’s energy, Master shares, we need to return to the present moment, that is the best way. The present moment is always fresh, pure and untouched by events before or after.

This is the place we want to go to each and every moment of the day if possible, and in this short talk, Master Sri Avinash shares a few techniques that he personally used on his spiritual journey to help him feel beautiful no matter what the situation.
