Spiritual talks and Q&A

Master Sri Avinash shares his teachings through talks and question-and-answer sessions.

Meditation classes

In these classes, Master Sri Avinash teaches various meditation techniques. You will learn how to do perfect meditations with clarity and confidence.

Silent meditation with the Master

In these sessions, all participants will be meditating together with the Master in silence.

Spiritual healing

In these sessions Master Sri Avinash transmits spiritual healing to the group. 

Satori Transmission Workshop

During these workshops, Master Sri Avinash will transmit the temporary enlightened state, known as Satori, to the group. 

Darshan blessings

Every person will have the opportunity to receive Darshan blessings from Master Sri Avinash. It is a personal blessing where the Master transmits divine love and spiritual power to bless and uplift you.

In the heart of the Volcanic Eifel (Vulkaneifel) Region, the venue is located with beautiful views and surrounded by lush forest walking trails. Manderscheid is 1 hour and 45 minutes south of Cologne (132km) and 2 hours west of Frankfurt (194km). The event venue is in the town of Manderscheid. The accommodation’s facilities include a dining area where attendees will dine together for breakfast, lunch and dinner each day, free wifi and gorgeous scenery. There are both private and shared accommodation rooms to choose from, and all rooms come with an ensuite bathroom. Please note that onsite accommodation is limited so it is advisable to book early.

About the Retreat

No, this Retreat does not offer healing for physical and mental conditions. If you are needing this kind of healing this Retreat is not a suitable match for you, so we recommend you find alternative offerings to meet your personal needs.

This Retreat is in English only.

If you have a disability or special needs, please contact us to find out if there are suitible facilities at the venue for your particular circumstances. Unfortunately, the retreat center and accommodation rooms are not wheelchair accessible.

Furthermore, we are not able to accommodate special needs cases that include uncontrollable loud noises or behaviours that may cause disruption for other attendees. For these situations, our virtual events may be more suitable.

Seating at this Retreat is by general admission so we do not guarantee you any particular seat.

Check-in for the Retreat is open from 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm on Tuesday 5 August 2025. Check-in will close promptly at 5:30 pm so please plan to arrive on time.

Food
The Retreat Registration Fee includes delicious vegetarian meals each day.

Accommodation
Accommodation is not included in the Retreat Registration Fee, however accommodation onsite at the Retreat Center can be selected in your booking form for an additional fee (ranging from €40-€100/night). Alternatively, you are welcome to arrange your own accommodation offsite. You can see the Event Info section on this page for more details underneath the “Accommodation, Food & Travel” heading.

We do offer payment in installments, which can be selected in the Retreat booking form. The installments are offered for your Retreat Registration Fee only, which includes the Retreat program and vegetarian meals. Onsite accommodation and special meals if required are separate.

There is no extra cost for paying in installments, you will pay the same total amount as paying in full.

The schedule of fees is split into two installments as shown below:

1) First installment: €500 due at the time of booking. Please note the first installment is non-refundable.

2) Final installment: €1,095 for General Admission or €745 for Youth or Seniors Concession, due by 5 July 2025.

The cancellation policy in the above terms and conditions is as follows:

Event bookings are not transferable to another event, session or date.

If you’re unable to attend the Event, a substitute participant is welcome at no extra cost. However, if your booking was made with a Youth or Senior’s Concession and the substitute participant cannot meet the required conditions, an additional cost will apply to make up the difference in the applicable Booking Fee. Please email us to advise of the new participant’s name and contact details.

If you need to cancel the Event for any reason, the following cancellation terms apply:

(i) Cancellation requests must be made to us in writing by email.

(ii) If you cancel 31 days or more before the start date of the Event you will be refunded 75% of the Booking Fees.

(iii)  If you cancel from 30 days to 15 days before the start date of the Event you will be refunded 25% of the Booking Fees.

(iv)  If you cancel 14 days or less before the start date of the Event all Booking Fees are non-refundable.

(v) However, if you paid for the Event by instalments, the First Instalment is non-refundable (this does not apply to any optional upgrades you may have selected for food or accommodation). Any other amounts paid by you towards your Booking Fees, including the Second Instalment and any fees for accommodation and food, will be subject to the above cancellation terms.

The above days are calendar days, not including the day on which the Event starts.

Due to our need to commit to accommodation and other arrangements in advance, exceptions to this Cancellation and Refund Policy cannot be made for any reason.

Other Important Notes

The Retreat is not suitable for children under 18 years old.

This Retreat is not suitable for people who have a severe unstabilised condition. This may include current/recent serious mental instability or crisis, such as those suffering from drug withdrawal, drug addiction, self-harming behaviours or psychosis. If unsure please consult with your doctor.

  • Alcohol, tobacco and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.
  • Recording, sharing or transmitting audio, video or photographic footage of the event is not permitted.
