Photographs, recording and privacy at Pilgrimage Events *

I understand that the Pilgrimage Event is a precious time spent with the Master and pilgrims, and we highly value the privacy of this sacred journey. Recording, sharing or transmitting photography, audio or video footage of Master Sri Avinash and his staff is not permitted at a Pilgrimage Event. However, photography, audio and video recording or transmission are permitted on a Pilgrimage Event where this is (a) only for private and personal use; (b) does not include the image, likeness or voice of Master Sri Avinash or his staff (including volunteers); and (c) you agree that you will not post, share or transmit it publicly, including on online social platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.

We reserve all multimedia rights *

I understand and agree that the Event Organiser reserves all multimedia rights for the Pilgrimage Event. The Event Organiser will record and/or live-stream video, audio and photographic footage of the Pilgrimage Event which may include the image, likeness and voice of anyone at the Pilgrimage Event (“Event Footage”). By attending and/or booking a Pilgrimage Event, you acknowledge that the Event Footage is our property. We reserve the right to use Event Footage in whole or in part, for any purpose, at our absolute discretion. However we are not obliged to use, broadcast or provide to you any Event Footage. You agree and acknowledge that your presence at a Pilgrimage Event, and the presence of those who attend the Event under your booking (a) constitutes express and irrevocable consent to our recording of attendees’ image, likeness and voice; and (b) is a waiver of any and all legal claims in relation to Event Footage, without limitation.

Agreement to pay the Pilgrimage Fee *

If my application is successful I agree to pay either (Option 1) the first installment of AU $500 within 14 days of receiving my acceptance email, followed by the final installment of AU $2995 no later than 8 February 2026. Or (Option 2) the full Pilgrimage Fee of AU $3495 within 14 days of receiving my acceptance email.

Passport and visa *

I understand that obtaining the necessary visa and passport requirements to enter and travel in Australia is my responsibility.

Modest dress code *

I understand that there is a dress code for this event, which is modest, comfortable, and respectful. Please ensure that clothing covers your shoulders, midriff, and knees.

Mental stability *

I confirm that I do not have a severe unstabilised condition which may include current/recent serious mental instability or crisis, such as those suffering from drug withdrawal, drug addiction, self-harming behaviours or psychosis.

Meals *

I understand that food allergies cannot be catered for at this event, and I understand that gluten-free, lactose-free and/or vegan meals are the only special diet alternatives to the vegetarian food provided.

Food preparation agreement *

I understand that while utmost care is taken, meals may contain traces of gluten, lactose or non-vegan ingredients as food is prepared in the same kitchen.
