Volunteer Information & FAQs

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 90 minutes before the start time of your free event for volunteer training, and to start your role.

What will my volunteer role involve?

The volunteer position will be welcoming guests to the event and ushering them to their seats.

What should I wear?

Dress code: Smart casual and modest clothing.
Colour code: White or beige.

  • We recommend wearing flat shoes for your comfort
  • Avoid low necklines and short skirts/dresses
  • Pockets to keep your phone/wallet or other valuables will be very handy, as there is no cloakroom on site

  • Please wear a collared shirt or a kurta
